After 11 months from groundbreaking the first warehouse in Trecate Logistic Center (Novara, Italy) has entered into full operations.

Over 60’000 square meters equipped with state of the art logistic installations have been delivered in record time, under the coordination of LC&Partners, acting as the Tenant’s PMC, overseeing the whole project development (Landlord’s Building Works, Tenant’s Fitout Works and Material Handling Equipment Installations).

An extraordinary result, achieved thanks to the constant commitment and dedication of LC&Partners’ Team which celebrates today the business “Go-live” along with all other involved stakeholders (Logistic Capital Partners, The Blossom Avenue, Techbau, Metalsistem and many others).
