Qualifications:

Objectives:
- We are looking for a proactive team leader who has substantial experience as Site QA/QC Engineer on the Client’s side for specialized hospitals around the world. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation and implementation of QA/QC policies and procedures
- Carry out audits for ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and recommend the necessary corrective actions and measures

- Assist the Resident Engineer in reviewing the contractor’s specific quality plans and produce recommendations
- Ensure timely and effective resolution for QA or QC issues, in coordination with Resident Engineer

- Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensure activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
- Coordinate with the contractor’s representative and Site Engineer in charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
- Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.
- Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
- Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan.
- Liaise with Contractors quality Engineer for submission of material submittals.
Key requirements:

Title: Design Manager
The Design Manager coordinates all design matters related to the project, helping to ensure that our multi-disciplinary project team works together smoothly and that everything is delivered on time and within budget.

Description: The Contract Manager is responsible for contract close-out, extension and renewal, and communication of contractual changes to all stakeholders. Title: BIM Manager for infrastructures projects
Description: A senior manager with experience of managing the 3D coordination process for multiple infrastructure projects (roads, railways, airports, ports). This position requires excellent proficiency with Autodesk Autocad Civil 3D package and, to minor extents, with Autodesk Revit. Knowledge of other infrastructure design softwares such as Bentley, Digicorp or SierraSoft products is valued but not essential.

Objectives: We are looking for a driven Chartered Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for implementing cost controls and financial control procedures as outlined in the construction contracts. Other responsibilities will include; Develop pricing documents or bills of quantities at different stages of design, measure and assess the client’s variations to the construction works and contractor’s claims for changes, evaluate contractor’s monthly interim payment applications and identify areas of concern and assess their potential impact upon the project budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with proposal teams in the planning and execution of new business price proposals, cost narratives and pricing strategies.
Perform and coordinate price proposal reviews before submittal to the client. May assist in job set-up, funds tracking and reporting to the client.

Support project managers with contract budgeting.
Develop pricing documents or bills of quantities commensurate with the level of design information available

Title: Senior Resident Engineer
Description: The Senior Resident Engineer will represent the Consultant on the Project(s), predominantly high rise / low rise buildings and/or infrastructures, and will administer the operational functions of the day-to-day activities of the construction supervision on the project. He will supervise the work of the members of the construction supervision team to ensure that the project will be completed as per the contract. The primary role and responsibilities of the Senior Resident Engineer are the following:
- Act as the Engineers Representative.
- Direct supervision and coordination of the construction works to achieve construction in accordance with the Contract Documents.
- Direct, assist and monitor the performance of the construction team namely, the Resident Engineers, inspectors, surveyors and materials teams.
- Lead the construction supervision team.

- Monitor progress against accepted construction schedule and review the Contractors progress reports.
