LC & Partners Engineering have been appointed by Oasis Hotels and Tourism Co., a Qatari hotel development and management company, for Project Management, Quality Assurance / Quality Control, Assistance to Procurement Services, including the complete Interior Design, of the fit-out and FF&E works of a new 5 stars luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar.

LC & Partners Engineering Consultants will develop the Interior Design in cooperation with Spagnulo & Partners, Italian Interior Design practice specializing in luxury boutique hotels. The hotel building design, whose concept was originally developed by Gambert Engineering Consulting and Decoration, has been engineered by Eng. Saffarini Office, who will be also in charge of the Works Supervision.

The complex, located on the opposite side of West Bay, is located along Doha Corniche and will be the nearest 5 stars hotel to the new Hamad International Airport. With a total built up area of 93,105 square meters, the hotel will include allow a total of 309 keys in total with 1 royal suite, 3 presidential suites, 10 junior suites, 2 executive suites, 137 deluxe rooms and 132 standard rooms, 3 restaurants and bars, business center, spa and wellness center a nice green area with swimming pools connected to the adjacent beach club and beach front.

The construction works have already started and are planned for completion within the spring 2019.
