LC&Partners Project Management & Engineering have been selected to consult the consortium in charge of the delivery team for the Dutch Pavilion at Expo 2020.
The pavilion will be delivered “turn-key”by the Dutch Dubai Consortium, led by the general contractor Expomobilia,based on the design developed by V8 Architects,Kossmann.Dejong and Witteveen+Bos.
The pavilion design, announced by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency and the Dutch Dubai Consortium on November 9th, envisions a highly sustainable and innovative approach featuring a biotope environment based on a circular climate control system, seamlessly integrating with the Netherlands’ chosen theme “Uniting water,energy and food”, leading visitors into a powerful sensory experience.LC&P shall act as local consultant to the consortium during the entire lifecycle of the pavilion, in charge of local Project Management,Design Review at Concept and Final Design Stages, and Construction Management and Supervision during construction and final decommissioning phases.
