The project, currently the largest logistics development in Italy and one of the largest in Europe, will be delivered on a plot of 420’000 sqm and will ensure a GLA of 160’000 sqm in two logistic warehouses. The project is meant to be a landmark in the industry, meeting the highest sustainability, safety and security standards and featuring state of the art MHE automation systems.

Acting as Tenant’s Project Management Office, LC&Partners will monitor the Developer’s works with Project Controls and QA/QC and will undertake full Construction PM and QA/QC responsibilities for all the Tenant’s logistic fit-out works, while advising also on the planning and implementation of the transition of the Tenant’s operations in business continuity, the largest of its kind in Europe.
