In a sparkling conclusion of year 2018, LC&Partners Project Management and Engineering were selected to provide Design Review and Value Engineering for the detailed design of MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort – Phase 2 by MAG of Life (MAG Property Development).

MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort, located in Dubai Healthcare City, United Arab Emirates, is a World Class Wellness Resort stretching over an area of 84’000 square meters and comprising of serviced and residential Apartments in 9 mid-rise buildings, 17 luxury creek-side villas, a Wellness Hotel and the World’s largest Wellness Centre, for a total of approx. 200’000 square meters of Built-Up Area, immersed in beautiful landscaping and communal facilities. The development aims to set new global benchmark in Wellness Masterplanning as Dubai becomes the Middles East’s largest Health tourism destination.

This new award signals the strengthening cooperation of LC&Partners with MAG in another bespoke development.
