About us \ Our history LC & Partners Engineering Consultants was originally established under the commercial name “SCF Engineering” in 2004 in Verona, Italy. As a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering consultancy firm, through the years the company has grown significantly developing a number of projects in the domestic market predominantly in the transport infrastructures and buildings sector, establishing a recognized standard of quality and reliability among Clients, Partners and Competitors. International operations started in 2007, with main focus in the Middle East Region, where a first subsidiary was established in Abu Dhabi in 2009 and a second one in Dubai in 2011. Progressive expansion followed with various projects across several GCC and African Countries. In 2015 the company was rebranded into "LC & Partners Engineering Consultancy" and underwent a substantial reorganization in view of a significant boost to the international development with the opening of new representative offices in London, Muscat and Riyadh, all operational within the end of 2015. Lorenzo Candelpergher leads from Dubai the international business development and operations of LC & Partners Engineering Consultants (formerly SCF Engineering), active in UAE since 2007. From 2011 until 2015 he has been as well in charge for business development and operations in Middle East of 3TI Progetti, Italian leading engineering consultancy firm, having nurtured the group’s activities in the Region, from the very first day. With over 17 years of professional experience, focusing on Architecture, Engineering Design and P&CM Consultancy Services for public works in transport infrastructures (airports, railways, roads) and complex buildings, he has been involved in important projects in Italy and internationally in Middle East and Africa and, to minor extents, in the USA. Multi-faceted entrepreneur, with strong leadership, team motivating, communication and negotiation skills, always enthusiast for new ventures, he is truly passionate about his work and in constant search for challenging projects.
