Selected Projects Railways and Metros Veneto Regional Metropolitan Railway System (SFMR) – Italy The SFMR System is a regional/sub-urban railway network implemented with high frequency trains (15/30 min), designed for st commuting passenger traffic and fully integrated with the stations and the railway lines of the national network. The 1 phase of the project includes 150km of lines and 34 stations along with 3 major road interventions and over 40 new underpasses. Client: Net Engineering S.p.a. - Italy Completion period: 2006 - 2011 Construction cost: 273.7 Mln EUR Services provided: Preliminary, Developed and Detailed Design for multiple stations and associated water drainage, roads, street lighting and structural works Palermo - Agrigento Railway: Lercara diversion and intermodal nodes – Italy The “Lercara” diversion of Palermo – Agrigento Railway Line is part of a series of interventions aiming at achieving an operational speed of 145 km/h and includes a 2.8 km long tunnel and complex structures (cut & cover tunnels), trenches, viaducts, overpasses/underpasses and the intermodal nodes of Roccapalumba, Cammarata and Aragona and new car parks in Cerda and Castronovo.
