Selected Projects Roads and Highways Brescia South by-pass rehabilitation and widening – Brescia, Italy Brescia South by-pass is the fast-flowing enhancement of the former Italian National Road 11 South of the city of Brescia. The Project consists of rehabilitating and widen to the third lane the central part of the by-pass, including the interchanges of Quinzano and San Zeno, 4 road overpasses and one railway overpass. Client: Girpa S.p.a. - Italy Completion period: 2005 - 2006 Construction cost: 11 Mln EUR Services provided: Detailed Design for the main road works, 2 interchanges and 4 overpass, Structural Detailed Design for the railway overpass Rehabilitation Works for Quriyat National Road – Quriyat Region, Sultanate of Oman In 2007 Gonu Hurricane caused extensive flooding and substantial damages to bridges, culverts and roads along Quriyat National Road in the Quriyat Region of the Sultanate of Oman. The rehabilitation works included massive wadi reshaping and confining works and the complete reconstruction of several viaducts and box culverts wiped away by the floods.
