Selected Projects Industrial and Logistic Facilities LEC Bucket Elevators at Lafarge Emirates Cement Plant – Fujairah, United Arab Emirates Lafarge Emirates Cement Plant at Habhab area is capable of producing 2,700 KT of Clinker and 3,200 KT tons of Cement per year. In order to provide the state-of-the-art production equipment for the plant, assuring the highest degree of product quality and consistency, LEC Bucket Elevators have been added to the existing Raw Meal Silo for EMCC-Line 1- 7500 TPD. It has a pumping capacity of 2,160 m³/h and a fuel storage capacity of 4 tanks x 9,500 m³ each. In order to update the original design to the recent relevant regulations and to improve the facility performance, a complete revision of the Fuel Farm has been proposed upgrading the pumps control philosophy, implementing a fuel flushing system and upgrading the truck unloading pumping station.
